We are proud to say we are not a chain and the most of the ingredients we use in our recipes is sourced from our farm in Italy or from friends’ companies, delivered directly to London. We bake our own bread, biscuits, cakes and we only use handmade pasta made on the premises.
We promote casual fine dining, we have got rid of all the fuss and just kept the important things. We use the best quality & freshest ingredients on the market (and we don’t just say that, we really do!).
Fabrizio, our head chef, and one of the family’s three brothers, has been working with food from a young age and has many professional training course under his chef’s hat. But if you are lucky enough, you may even get a dish prepared by la mamma, visiting town.
