Tra Toscana e Liguria.
Established in Tuscany in 1983, we opened our doors in London in 2012 in the little village of Hollywood Road in Chelsea
Our story starts in Massa Carrara, on the Tuscan coast, within sea and marble mountains, between Forte dei Marmi and 5 Terre and it’s about our passion for food and beauty.

Our Philosophy
We are proud to say we are not a chain and nothing is pre-cooked or mass produced from the home made bread to the coffee biscuits. Our menu and our wine list reflect only regional specialties refined with a modern eye and represent the real Made in Italy with DOP certified products as the result of the creativity of the kitchen brigade.
Our Sous Chef
Having left a career in the futures brokerage industry, Sofia Jeffrey chose the path of cooking with the aspirations of traveling. However after finishing his studies at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago; he set out to first put in time in the best kitchens in Chicago began to hone his skills.
