Il Trillo offers a unique fine-dining experience, with refined traditional Tuscan dishes and an extensive selection of the region’s wines.
In the summer months, guests dine in the garden under a canopy of lemons, looking out to the Versilia coastline. While in the winter, the warm internal dining rooms keep the elements at bay with a beautiful open fireplace.

OUR STORY
Il Trillo was established by Andreina and Francesco Bertuccelli in 1983.
From humble beginnings, as a rustic trattoria, to Michelin Guide notoriety, the restaurant has evolved over 40 years to become one of the area’s most respected fine-dining establishments, run by three generations of the family.
Since 2012, the family also operate a sister restaurant in London.
