That was year when in Massa (Tuscany) Andreina and Francesco Bertuccelli established il trillo, as tavern offering wines from the cultivation of their small vineyard. That tavern became a restaurant and in 2012, they opened a sister branch in London, becoming a point of reference for true Italian dining in Chelsea. Il Trillo remains Michelin Guide recommended and run by three generations of the family.
