With it’s intimate, yet casual enviroment, Il Trillo offers a uniuqe fine-dining experience, with refinded traditional Tuscan dishes and an extensive collection of the region’s finest wines.

 

In the summer months, Il Trillo welcomes it’s guests to dine within nature,

surrounded by seasonal blooms, under a canapy of lemons, on a beautiful terrace,

looking out across Massa to the sparking Versilia coastline.

 

And in the winter months, the internal dining rooms offer warmth and comfort from the elements, boasting a beautiful open fireplace and two large windows which frame an open-kitchen,

allowing customers to particpate in the culinary experience as they watch the chefs at work.

OUR STORY

Orignially established in 1983 by Andreina and Francessco Bertuccelli, Il Trillo sits in the hills above the city of Massa, nestled between the marble-clad Apuan Alps and the mediterainian sea. From humble begins, as a rustic trattoria, to Michellin Guide notoriety, Il Trillo has evolved over the course of its 40 (plus) years to one of the area’s most respected fine-dining establishments.

The Massa restaurant is the big sister to the Bertucelli family’s second Il Trillo, based in London’s beautiful borough of Chelsea (UK). Il Trillo has been a prominante feature of Hollywood Road since the Bertucelli family expanded their casual-fine-dining offering from Italy in 2012.

Over the past thirteen years, Il Trillo London has consistently remained a Michellin Guide reccomneded restaurant, with two generations of the family serving West London unique, delicious respies, insired by the traditions of their region.

The kitchen – led by Head Chef Fabrizio Bertuccelli – highlights the authentic and bracing flavours of northern Tuscany, creating exquiste modern dishes inspired by historic Italain gastronomy and relfecting regional specialities.

The menu is complemented by a wide selection of European, as well as many local Tuscan wines, featuring a magnificent offering of vintages from famous vineyards and smaller indipendent winearies, inculding three wines from the Beruccelli family’s ocean-facing vineyard in Massa.
